Everything in the universe, including you, is made up of energy. 

Each person has a vibration or frequency of their own and so does each body part or organ. When our energies are good, we are in good health. When they are out of balance we experience poor health.

 

Crystal Healing can be described as the application of crystals to aid the body’s energy system find a healthy and comfortable point of balance to improve the quality of life. 

 

So how do they work?  There are three ways crystals work:

 

1. On a physical level- Crystals also vibrate, and have their own frequency and many are 'piezoelectric'. This means capable of generating an electrical charge. Crystals are known for their special properties by scientists and spiritualists alike. For example quartz is commonly used in industry to power circuits and we all know that quartz is used to power watches and laptops.

So, holding crystals, and allowing them to resonate with our own energies assists in healing, because crystals are able to transmute negative energy and can help to re-energise our bodies.

​2. Crystals are colorful, and so tap into all the benefits associated with Colour Healing. Scientifically, we know that colour affects the chemical composition in the brain and thus, how we feel. For example dark colours in a room can easily make us feel repressed and uncomfortable, whereas a white or bright colour can lift our mood and give us a feeling of peace and relaxation in the very same room.

3. Intent. Focused intent is a very powerful tool. What you think, you become and so using a crystal as a physical object to place positive affirmations upon, is a very powerful tool. A constant reminder for us to change our way of thinking from a negative state, to a positive state.

Crystal Healing Session: After an initial consultation in my healing room in Abbots Bromley, I will work out what crystals would best suit your situation, illness or injury. 

As you make yourself comfortable on the treatment table, I will place suitable crystals on energy centres (chakras) on and around the body.  I will play a guided meditation to help you fully relax to enable the crystals work on a deeper level. Leaving you feeling cleansed and fully recharged.​

How much does a session cost? £35

Distance Crystal Prescription Service: Based on information about your situation, illness, injury, other troubles or goals I will work out a prescription of appropriate crystals that will help you. 

​

This could be to; alleviate joint pain, recover from surgery, move on from an abusive relationship, support getting over a trauma, relief from depression, increase motivation, something to help develop patience or acceptance, recovery from addictions, bereavements. It may be that you are working with difficult animals, there are crystals to help with that too (and boy do I use them on a daily basis!).

How much does it cost? £20 and includes 2-3 tumble-stones posted. Once you have your prescription, you may wish to upgrade and buy a beautiful piece of bespoke jewelry with your crystals.

Crystal Sales: I have a selection of beautiful, genuine, ethically sourced crystals in their natural states; as tumble-stones to discreetly carry in your pocket, or made into stunning jewelry.

 

There are also crystals that have been made into beautiful household objects such as coasters, book ends and candle holders.
